The program connects DISC foundations with workplace cases, graph interpretation, structured feedback and team conversations. Participants learn to distinguish behavioral preferences from skills, performance or mental health, and to use results as hypotheses that require context and professional judgment. Practical exercises focus on observable behavior, neutral questions, documented agreements and clear limits for hiring and development decisions.
