2. Data We Collect

We collect the following categories of personal data depending on your relationship with our platform:

Account data

Name, email address, phone number, and company. Provided directly by the user upon registering on the platform.

Candidate data

Name, email address, job title, and DISC test responses. This data is provided by the client company that commissions the assessment.

Usage data

IP address, browser type, operating system, and technical cookies necessary for the operation of the platform.

Payment data

Payments are processed entirely by Transbank. We do not store credit card numbers or sensitive financial data on our servers.

3. Legal Basis for Processing

The processing of personal data is based on the following legal grounds, in accordance with Chilean Law 19,628 on the Protection of Private Life and Article 6 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

aCandidate consent: Obtained through express acceptance prior to taking the DISC test.
bContractual performance: Necessary for providing the service to client companies that commission DISC assessments.
cLegitimate interest: To ensure the security of the platform, prevent fraud, and improve the quality of the service.

4. Use of Data

We use the personal data collected for the following purposes:

AI-powered DISC report generation: Candidate data is processed using Google Gemini to generate personalized behavioral profile reports.
Anonymous statistical analysis: Preparation of aggregated and anonymized metrics to improve the quality of assessment instruments.
Service communications: Operational notifications related to the account, pending assessments, and platform updates.
Billing and support: Payment management, issuance of electronic tax documents, and customer support.

5. Data Sharing

We share personal data only with the following third parties, to the extent strictly necessary:

Client company: The organization that commissioned the DISC assessment receives the results and report of the evaluated candidate.
Google Gemini: Artificial intelligence processor used for report generation. Data sent is minimized and does not include unnecessary contact information.
Transbank: Payment processor authorized by the Central Bank of Chile for managing card transactions.

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data to third parties under any circumstances.

6. Data Subject Rights

In accordance with applicable law, you have the following rights over your personal data (ARCO rights and portability):

Access: Request information about the personal data we hold about you.
Rectification: Correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
Erasure: Request the deletion of your personal data when it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.
Objection: Object to the processing of your personal data under certain circumstances.
Portability: Receive your data in a structured and commonly used format.

Right to be forgotten

You may request the complete deletion of your personal data through our dedicated form at /en/data-deletion, in accordance with Chilean Law 19,628 and Article 17 of the GDPR (right to erasure).

7. Data Retention

We retain personal data in accordance with the following criteria:

Active data: Retained for the duration of the service contracted by the client company.
Post-deletion: Data is pseudonymized. Anonymous statistical data (aggregate scores, dates) is retained for analytical purposes.
System logs: Retained for 90 days and then automatically deleted.

We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data:

Two-factor authentication (2FA) available for all users

9. Cookies

We use essential technical cookies for the operation of the platform and session cookies to maintain your authentication. For more information, please refer to our Cookie Policy.

10. Minors

QuadraProfile is not intended for individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we become aware that we have collected data from a minor, we will proceed to delete it immediately. If you are a parent or legal guardian and believe that a minor has provided data to our platform, please contact us at contacto@quadraprofile.cl.

11. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. In the event of material changes, we will notify registered users by email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the platform after the modifications take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
